Dear Customers,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last week learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For GreenValley Pest Management LLC , that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.

Our Goal is keeping you and our employees safe.

We will be doing limited services and only servicing outside of homes. We will only be accepting online payments.

CLEANING

Technicians are required to wipe all tools and equipment down after each service. We have hand cleaning gel and Clorox wipes on hand. We have implemented a policy of not shaking hands to protect you and employees.

CDC GUIDELINES

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk.

TRAVEL

Per CDC recommendations, we will not be traveling to high-risk locations.

To further help prevent the spread of the illness, a strict travel policy is in place for our employees, and we have canceled meetings with large gatherings.

ONGOING SERVICE

If you don’t feel well or choose to cancel your service , of course, we will be ready to serve you when you reschedule.

We know that many of you have scheduled in-home services. If you have any concerns, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment.

We use a variety of rodent control techniques from exclusion, physical traps, and limited bait stations. By employing IPM techniques we greatly reduce the use of rodenticides.

Bark beetles have caused severe damage to our states forest don't let them destroy the trees on your property.

Our Green Pest Management Plan uses nothing but naturally ocurring means of treating pests.  Organic pest management does works and is safer for pets, humans and the environment.

Nuisance Animal Removal

We offer small nuisance animal management and removal: skunks, gophers, squirrels, rabbits, prairie dogs, raccoons, coyotes and bobcats. Relocation is also offered per state law.
